About us

We make what you already do well visible.

We’re Joaquín and Manuel. We came to Mallorca from Argentina, like so many others, looking for a better future. We stayed, and we work with the island’s businesses in person.

Two people. No middlemen.

The people who build your website are the people who answer your call.

Content and brand

He comes from the restaurant world. Running his own burger restaurant taught him what he now does for other businesses: getting every detail of the product right, telling its story in photos and videos and growing the brand.

Web, Google and automation

He studied computer engineering and has always loved technology. He makes sure everything works: the website, Google, messages and whatever is worth automating.

We put the two together and started Posidonia, so Mallorca’s businesses can show what they already do well.

Why we’re called Posidonia.

If Mallorca’s sea is turquoise and you can see the bottom from the boat, it’s thanks to posidonia. Its meadows filter the water and keep it clean. From above you can barely make them out, but without them there would be nothing to see.

We work the same way with the island’s businesses. Yours is already good: your product, your team, your years in the trade. What’s missing is for people to see it, and that’s what we do.

Drawing of a posidonia plant: ribbon leaves, flowers, fruit and the rhizome on the sand. 1 2 3 4
A plant, not seaweed
It has roots, leaves, flowers and fruit.
It flowers in autumn
In the Balearics, the first flowers appear in early October.
Sea olives
That’s the name of its fruit. It appears in late winter and floats.
One centimetre a year
That’s how far its rhizome creeps along the seabed.

Posidonia creeps forward one centimetre a year. We take our time too: one business at a time, by hand.

And in the Balearics it’s protected: you can’t anchor on it. Sources: Balearic Government and SINC agency.

PMI, like the airport.

Posidonia Media Impact shortens to PMI, the code of Palma airport. It’s how many of the island’s customers arrive.
